Calming, Soothing Blend
This blend is designed to help quiet and uplift our mind and emotions. It is a concentrate that must be used as such. This means that it should be used with a carrier oil or lotion at around 5%. Topical application on desired areas. Can also be used as a natural perfume.
Children under 7 – used diluted – 1 drop in one ounce of lotion
Adults: 5 – 6 drops in one ounce of lotion or oil.
Also – this 5ml blend can be used in diffusion via fan diffusion or just through direct smell. As an air diffusion, it works very well in spaces where people feel agitated, or unhappy. Depending on the size of the diffuser well - you may use 10- 15 drops as needed.
