This solution is a concentrate and must be used with water or a carrier oil as follows;
Add 3 drops of the blend to 1 -2 oz. of sesame oil/almond oil, or 1/4 cup water. Swish in your mouth, between your teeth, all around your gums for 1 minute. Spit it out -- do not swallow.
Ingredients: pure essential oils of myrrh, clove, tea tree, peppermint, and lemon.
