Frankincense

Boswella Carterii

Of all the Frankincense available, we choose the variety:  Boswella carterii, mostly for the purpose of distillation.   We also carry some of the other varieties:  Sacra, Frereana, serrata, and papyifrera.  More importantly, we carry the Carterii variety with the Frankincense extract added to the distillation, and we also have the frankincense extract.   This makes a more viable frankincense for healing, as the boswellic acid is only available in the extract, which give the anti-tumeral effect.  

Please use this beautiful oil sparingly, as it is being over-harvested and is on the endangered list.
