The human Body-Field is a complex, structured network of fields that interpenetrates the physical body and underlies all physiology. Since we know that energy is not only the foundation behind everything (as noted by Einstein), it carries information to the body.
It is important that we know and understand our Bio Energetic field. It is composed of Wheels of Light known in the Vedic scriptures as "Chakras". These were experienced by sages in deep meditation as sound, color, smell and frequencies carrying qualities of information. Each vortex of energy holds a specific frequency, thus depicted by the colors at each vortex.
These chakras are subtle energy vortex centers - or "wheels" of light and movement that intersect with our mind, emotions, and body through glands of the endocrine system at each vortex: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow/Third Eye, and Crown from the base to crown.
These vortexes are oriented along the spine or the sushumna as known in the Vedic scriptures. Also known as the path of the kundalini or the way of enlightenment. There is much to understand, and when known increases your ability to feel the flow of life strengthening you, freeing you of doubt and worry, and connecting to the joy of life.
When our chakras are not in balance, it is an awakening for us to pay attention. This may look like feeling stuck, emotionally or physically, or just a feeling of "being off". As we listen to our body and it's bioenergetic field, we can be informed and bring balance back so our natural energy flows smoothly creating a sense of overall well-being.
You may use the essential oil synergies when you want to incorporate self-balancing rituals into your self-care routine. Since the essential oils have a frequency, they carry information, and whether placed on the body physically, or simply smelled, they can help to activate areas of that chakra that can facilitate balance. The synergies are created with the intention to support balance in each of the individual chakras while providing a gently inviting and accessible experience. The synergies can be used at much less intensity than you would use as medicine in order to resonate, rather than overwhelm, the subtle nature of our energy.
